SHIPPING TERMS HUNGARY

Please keep in mind that every week we roast based on the incoming orders. The deadline for orders is on Tuesday at midnight for delivery on the same week meaning Thursday or Friday. If you place your order later than that, your shipment will be dispatched and delivered the following week only.

Shipping is free from 15.000 HUF all over Hungary. For orders with less value, the cost of delivery is 1.600 HUF.

Our shipping terms can vary based on the service selected.
The following shipping options can be selected at checkout:

  1. GLS home delivery service
  2. GLS parcel shop service
  3. FOXPOST parcel service
GLS home delivery service

When your order is dispatched by GLS, you will receive an email about the expected date of delivery, including the tracking number that you can track and trace here. You can still modify the delivery date following the link in this email. The day of the delivery, you will receive a second email with the time frame and the phone number of the courrier for further coordination. 

GLS parcel shop service (Hungary only)

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be able to pick up the ordered goods at a place that suits you in more than 1100 locations in 400 settlements countrywide. You can choose your preferred location using the online map finder, or you can type the name of the location in the filter text box. GLS will notify you by SMS text message and/or email once the parcel is delivered to the selected GLS Parcel Shop. The parcel can be collected within 5 working days following the notification, after presentation of the parcel number and a valid personal identification document. The majority of the GLS Parcel Shops await customers with extended opening hours, thus parcels can be collected comfortably after the end of the work day or even on Saturdays.The cash on delivery option is available at all collection points and you can also pay with bank cards in a number of shops. FOXPOST parcel service

If you choose FOXPOST as a delivery method for your purchase, make sure you choose the nearest locker from the map where you wish to have your parcel delivered to. Once the parcel has been delivered to the selected locker, you will be notified in a text message or by email. Use the code in the message to pick up your parcel from the locker. FOXPOST will hold your parcel for 3 days, which includes a Saturday and Sunday. If a holiday falls during this time, the hold period will be automatically extended. We offer GLS home delivery service outside of Hungary, in Europe. Prices may vary based on the destination country. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

When your order is dispatched by GLS, you will receive an email about the expected date of delivery, including the tracking number that you can track and trace here.

For orders bigger than 10kg, please send us an email to wholesale@awakenco.eu.

We offer free shipping on orders over 30.000HUF (circa 75EUR) to the following destinations:

Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia, Poland, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg, Liechtenstein, Bulgaria, Switzerland

We do not take responsibility for the shipment, and we don't offer refunds due to the shipping company's mistakes. We also don't take responsibility for incorrect submitted shipping details from the buyer.
