As one of the first specialty coffee roasters in Hungary, our main purpose has been since the beginning to present high quality, exciting coffees with maximum transparency from seed to cup. As a business, we focus on establishing eco-friendly, ethical and sustainable work solutions.
Sustainability can only work with fair pricing and long term partnerships. Without the farmers' hard work and commitment to excellent quality, our coffees would not taste as good as they do. That is why we always want to tell the story of the farms and processing stations we work with. We are not big enough to be able to work with the farmers directly just yet. However, every year we look for the same farms’ and processing stations’ coffee in our green coffee sourcing partners’ offerings. This is how we can support our favorite farms and cooperations. In our long term plan, we set the goal of approaching farmers we can work with directly and grow together. Through this engagement, we could create value for the producers and make our products even better by learning and experimenting with coffee at origin. We would love to share these learnings and experiments with our beloved partners and customers. In order to make this happen, we need your trust and support. We only work with specialty-rated coffee that has scored a minimum of 84 out of a maximum of 100 during sensory classification.
We select our coffees based on five taste categories, from the latest harvests currently available, through a preliminary blind cupping. The categories (classic, elegant, explorer, extravagant, limited release) have been created so that we can cover our consumers’ taste preferences as widely as possible and everyone can easily find the taste profile they like the most in our offerings.
The coffees are selected strictly from fresh harvest raw coffee offerings, which go through a multi-stage sample roasting and tasting procedure before they are added to our offerings.
The selected coffees are roasted solely on the basis of a reference profile for consistent quality.
The roasts undergo a quality control cupping every week, during which the results are recorded and, if necessary, the roasting profiles are adjusted accordingly.

Elegant In this category, we want to present a balanced coffee with a smooth body. In the cup, we can find pleasant acidities with a great structure and a deep, sweet aftertaste.
Explorer Fruity-sweet coffees of excellent complexity for those who have already become friends with more fruit forward coffees.
Extravagant Complex, exciting coffees with lots of fruitiness and vibrant acidity. Excellent micro-lots from which the terroir qualities of the origin and the processing methods can both be beautifully picked up.
Limited Release Limited edition, exclusive Nano lots. The processing method of the coffee, the farm, the coffee variant, or all three of these characteristics are outstanding and rare.
